Are you a talented and enthusiastic mortgage professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an opportunity for a Home Loan Specialist to join our dynamic Moneywise Global team. Moneywise Global was established in 1994 to provide Flight Centre Travel Group employees with financial planning advice. Moneywise Global has since evolved into a full featured financial services provider and has offices in Auckland and also operates in 4 other counties with offices in Australia, London, New York and Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities
Converting leads referred by our Moneywise Global Financial Advisers

Converting leads from our internal marketing initiatives; and

Create referral opportunities outside of Moneywise Globals corporate client base

Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate will:
Be a Registered or Authorised Financial Adviser

Have 2+ years experience as a mortgage broker.

Have completed the Mortgage Strand of the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)

Have a great work ethic and be a go-getter and self-starter

Need minimal supervision and proactive learning of products & process

Be confident, positive manner especially over the phone

Have strong communication and rapport building skills

Be self-motivated and result driven

Have exceptional sales conversions and sales target focused

We are seeking individuals with industry lending experience and exposure to the financial services industry. Candidates need to demonstrate analytical ability, solid negotiation skills and sound PC literacy (knowledge of the ‘MyCRM' system is a benefit). Candidates with accreditation with major lenders will be highly regarded.
You must be able to deal with high pressure situations and be able to handle various queries related to lending. A motivated, self-starter with business acumen is what we are looking for.
