Electrix Limited is also one of NZ's foremost electrical construction and maintenance companies.We seek the services of full time, experienced Electrical Fitter to join our Technical Services Team based in Albany.Key responsibilities include:HV Switching up to 110kVLV/HV Cable identification, fault locating and testingCarry out planned, corrective and reactive maintenance in Zone SubstationsEnsure high voltage maintenance work is compliant to client quality specificationsAble to work flexible hours to support the operational needsAssist Coordinators and Managers with technical issuesAbility to liaise with clients and subcontractorsProduce and complete QA documentation and field proceduresCommitment to safety, quality and customer requirementsKey skills required:Experience in HV equipment maintenance, testing and commissioningAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProficient computer skills including the Microsoft suite productsTechnical problem solving abilitiesAbility to work in a team environmentOrganisational and time management skillsQualifications/ training required:A tertiary electrical engineering qualification, degree or diploma level or equivalentCurrent New Zealand practicing LicenceThis position is based in Albany.
