AUT International works particularly closely with our Faculties, our Brand and Marketing directorate and our Student Services directorate.The RoleWe have a brand-new opportunity for an Agent Planning Manager. The role's primary focus is to oversee the University's network of agents, managing the process from initial selection of agents to payment of commission, with the goal of enhancing their experience of working with AUT and increasing the number of student enrolments.The key responsibilities of the role include:Taking ownership of the processes for selecting and managing agent contracts.Supporting the Recruitment Manager (Agent Partnerships) to develop and maintain strong relationships with agents.Coordinating the processing and payment of agent commissions.Ensuring compliance with AUT's obligations under our codes of practice and all relevant policies and procedures.Completing special projects as appropriate.What kind of person are we looking for?A tertiary qualification is required along with demonstrated experience in operational relationship management within a medium to large organisation. You will need the ability to confidently navigate databases and possess well-developed interpersonal skills to advise and influence others within a multi-cultural context. You will be well organised, analytical and possess a high level of IT literacy. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential to work with the public and convey complex issues concisely and clearly.
