Digital Engagement Specialist

The Digital team are responsible for everything IT and digital. This role will sit within the digital team, specifically in the training team where you will be one of two trainers. It's a really exciting team who are big on feedback and continual improvement. You will be exposed to a lot of people globally as you will be training them, so the potential professional growth is huge.
Key responsibilities:
Provide input into training plans
Training on core systems and the CRM - they will give you a training program
Reflect on best practices in relation to the training
Couple years' experience in training is required
Key skills:
People person
Enthusiastic
Translate technical speak into plain English - you will be training people from abroad, so a steady pace will be necessary
Appetite for the digital world and curious about bettering practices
Implementation experience
Previous technical and training experience in digital tools (Microsoft)

Zoom - they will teach this to you
Microsoft Office - Dynamics
