Your Impact
New Zealand Post is looking for a new Team Lead to manage our dedicated team of Freight Investigators, looking after our VIP customers. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, and support the team when the pressure is on.
This permanent role supports a fantastic close knit, high performing and experienced team!
About you
You're a hands-on leader, with previous experience managing teams! You're the type of person leader who takes a hands-on approach and demonstrates a commitment to safety while fostering a high performing, positive team culture! Some other must haves are:
Available to work Monday – Friday 8.45am-5.45pm
Able to lead a team in a busy mail processing environment
IT savvy
Has resilience and a strong customer services background
Desirable – freight & logistics industry, but not essential
