As a Administrator you will provide excellent frontline customer service, resolve customer queries and help our customers to source their parcels.
In this diverse role you will:
Take responsibility and respond to all Customer enquiries / complaints
Act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
Be provided with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.
Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:
Be available to work On Call Monday – Friday 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Excellent customer service skills, ideally with a background in admin, retail or hospitality
Basic administration/data entry skills
Confident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and email
