General Property Maintenance

I have commercial properties in Parnell and Symonds St so close to the University.
I have a variety of tasks from cleaning shutters and windows through to painting touch ups and maybe a little bit of gardening.
If you have computer skills as well that would be a bonus and some office work but not essential.
Some painting experience and just plain common sense the main requirements.
Casual days here and there but probably 7 days work over the next 2-3 weeks staggered around your study schedule.
If things work out then this could develop into a long term work relationship into next year maybe couple of days per week.
You will learn a bit so be good background for a property type person.
