Dairy Farm Summer Work!!

We require a summer staff member for our dairy farm in Otorohanga, 20 minutes north of The Waitomo Caves and within an hours drive of many of the North Islands many tourist hot spotsCouples are welcome, with some milking work for the partner. A 3 bedroom house situated on the farm is provided with the jobA roster of 8 on 2 off/8 on 3 off is run on the farm to ensure everyone stays fresh. There are two other full time staff plus the herd owner and wife,We milk 750 cows through a 50 aside herringbone shed, so having milking experience is an advantage,You will be asked able to operate farm equipment from time to time, tractor driving, quad bike operation, and other farm vehiclesOngoing training will be provided.We are looking for someone to work fo at least two months, but the length of the term is negotiableStart date is ASAP
