Influential role for an expert in economics and the financial system

The role
This is a senior-level position within the Financial System Policy and Analysis Department who are responsible for prudential policy as it relates to banks, non-bank deposit takers, financial market infrastructures and insurers, research and thematic reviews, macroprudential policy, and the Reserve Bank's Financial Stability Report. You'll utilise all of your capabilities in this role given the breadth of focus, including leading the development and production of the Financial Stability Report as well as leading analytical projects, providing advice on macro-prudential policy, undertaking stress tests of banks and actively coaching your colleagues.

As a seasoned senior-level analyst/adviser with demonstrated intellectual leadership capabilities, you will also offer:
strong interpersonal skills where you naturally get the best out of others – both internal and external stakeholders
the ability to effectively influence others and shape the direction of analytical work through a policy lens
effective communication skills to convey complex information to a range of audiences
