Ko ta matou mahi - Our role
The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Design team - including general team administration, project file management and support. It includes co-ordinating, processing and filing of project information and documentation within the Kainga Ora project management system (Objective) for the Construction Group (CG) Quality Assurance Design team.
The position ensures that project information in the project management system is accurate, robust, and up to date so reporting can be completed on time, and to a standard that enables quality decisions through to Kainga Ora's Board level.
Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring
Experience working with project management and reporting software and systems - ideally including Oracle and IDP
Strong presentation, computer and business skills
Has at least two years applicable work experience
Sound knowledge of IT systems especially Oracle, IDP, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
Able to influence and work effectively with senior leadership, senior managers and multiple internal stakeholders
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Strong time-management and organisational skills
