We are looking for an expert JIRA consultant for a one-month engagement starting as soon as possible, and prior to the holiday period.
This work will involve:
Understanding the requirements of the technology and business teams who will be using JIRA
Configure and implement a single instance of JIRA with agreed foundation or universal features across all teams or users.
Defining and implementing configurations within JIRA and Portfolio Manager, where possible to meet specific group or end-user requirements.
Potential to be involved in the migration of other instances of JIRA into the new single instance
Evaluate our current use and experience with JIRA and work to establish best practice use and provide ad-hoc advice and training to the Admin team that will support the tool in the future.
