You will be working for a really well known Kiwi organisation with products that are a household name. In this company you would be supporting a busy Transformation and Change delivery team and will utilise your project coordination skills
About the role:
In this role you will support the successful delivery of project team initiatives, through the provision of project coordination and administration duties. You will work closely with Project Managers, project teams and the wider technical teams. You will be responsible for providing project, events and admin coordination support to several in-flight projects.
You must have excellent relationship building, administration and organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple demands. You must have project coordination experience preferably in a busy commercial environment. The ability to be flexible and pick up new tasks is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of project financials (tracking of all actuals vs forecasts, monthly accruals and variance reporting)
Monthly processing and filing of all contractor invoices
Assisting with resource planning and management
Project liaison for finance and PMO
Providing detailed support on financials to PMs on cost forecasting
Weekly progress updates and minuting of weekly progress meetings
Prepare governance reports, project status reports and presentations
Key Requirements: (include header)
Experience in a project coordination role
Excellent communication skills
Prince2 foundation or equivalent is desirable
Proficient in use of project management tools, as well as PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with scheduling, meeting minutes, reporting and coordinating meetings
Proactive, pragmatic attitude
Project financials and forecasting experience
Flexible and adaptable approach to your work
Collaborative, team player
