We have a full-time permanent position for a Receptionist / Administrator now available at our Hastings site. This is a dynamic role that requires a well-organised, methodical person who has had previous experience in a reception or administrative role. This role will suit someone who is a self-starter and is able to work autonomously while using their own initiative. Key Responsibilities: • Ensuring our reception area is professionally managed • Answering and forwarding incoming calls and dealing with enquiries • Greeting visitors, suppliers and guests professionally • Monitoring visitors’ access and ensuring they are appropriately signed onto the site • Collecting, sorting and preparing mail, correspondence and couriers etc. • Maintenance of meeting rooms, including arranging catering for staff • Completing any secretarial, administration and accounts tasks as required Desired Attributes: • Personable, open and a clear communicator • Shows great attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy and presentation • Well-organised and able to respond to multiple demands and deadlines • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude • Confident dealing with numbers • Excellent IT skills • Full Drivers Licence This is a busy role that requires somebody who can think on their feet, work efficiently and accurately whilst juggling multiple priorities and still maintain a sense humour.
