Hosting Partner / Property Manager (Auckland)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-motivated Hosting Partner to start and manage a portfolio of Airbnb properties in Auckland.
About the role:
Successful Hosting Partners are highly self-directed, detail oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Every day is different for Hometime Hosting Partners, who enjoy a high degree of flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to be able to plan their own days.
One day you might be meeting with potential clients and inspecting properties, or supporting new clients to join Hometime and list their homes on Airbnb. The next day you could be liaising with guests, supervising a photoshoot, optimising your property listings on Airbnb or updating pricing strategies to ensure maximum occupancy and returns for the homes you manage.
Hosting Partners should be prepared to multi-task . Sometimes This could mean anything from putting the finishing touches on a property before a photo shoot to installing a lockbox.

Engage new clients (homeowners) and cultivate those contacts into clients

Have a genuine passion for Airbnb and the short-term rental industry

Consistently demonstrate meticulous attention to detail

What we are looking for:
Experience selling professional services or products

Strive for excellence and growth

Service oriented attitude with a client first focus

Self-motivated, driven and energetic

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

Willingness to grow and learn

Experience using Airbnb as a host and/or guest is a big plus but not required

Confident using or quick to pick up software such as G Suite, slack etc
