Rta Litigation Solicitor/Fee Earner

A highly respected law firm based in East Lancashire are seeking to appoint an RTA Litigator to join their expanding Personal Injury department.

The role of RTA Litigator will involve handing your own caseload of Litigated RTA matters from Instruction to Settlement.

The successful RTA Litigator will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within RTA and previous experience of working within a target orientated department and history of achieving targets. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills as this is an area that they pride themselves on.
