The primary responsibility of the Services Management Information Senior Analyst is to provide the business with accurate and meaningful information that will ensure the enhancement of service delivery and the management of performance. They extract and analyse data, statistics and information from various sources and interpret and produce the relevant reports, summaries and briefing notes that will be used to inform business decisions.
The Services Management Information Senior Analyst operates at a business unit level, reporting to a senior manager in the business and co-ordinates information from regional, business unit and service unit stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Reporting
These individuals identify the relevant sources of data from which to draw information and works closely with associate and senior managers to understand and agree the reporting specification format required from the business. They gather and collate information into a report, ensuring the integrity of and continuously assessing the quality of the data and facilitating information flow to and from various stakeholders. They facilitate the process of information analysis and report development for the business unit and identify and discuss trends, communicating their findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Analysis
The Services Management Information Senior Analyst contributes to the management and analysis of business information and client satisfaction and achieves real time reporting via the relevant systems. They implement and analyse more complex data to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. They analyse the reporting, providing trend analysis and recommendations to the operation. They ensure the submission of data/results in timely and accurate manner to support regular performance reviews.
Project and program co-ordination
These individuals identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report generation. They provide data driven analysis of information relating to specific investment programs and ensure the completion of milestone reviews. They follow up with a variety of regional and group stakeholders to track the progress of projects and/or activities and ensure that these are implemented in a timely manner according to plans. This employee will provide program management assistance and align go-to-market strategy and plans for SI Services with the regions.
System support
The Services Management Information Senior Analyst backs up and stores all data in the relevant system. They ensure the availability and accuracy of information on the relevant systems, including Sharepoint and a variety of performance management and scorecard systems. This employee will ensure adherence to all management information processes.
General administration
This employee may be required to prepare and create professional presentations, spreadsheets and databases in line with business unit requirements. At times they will need to manage and co-ordinate meeting logistics.
Behavioural skills
The Services Management Information Senior Analyst has good analytical and creative problem solving ability. They are superb at organising and display excellent attention to detail. They have the ability to take initiative and can interpret statistical data whilst maintaining a good awareness of critical business issues and priorities.
