As part of our commitment to real care, and to position ourselves as the first-choice service and product provider within the New Zealand market, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Leader to take on a six-month contract role managing our contact centre.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service Delivery the role's principal responsibilities include:

With the business focussing on broadening its channel mix and embracing new technologies to deliver a great customer experience, previous use, or a good understanding, of IVR systems will be of significant advantage.
This role is priced to attract the top talent interested in creating a high-performing contact centre as it continues to meet the continuous demands of a growing customer base in a market with increased product complexity.
