Recruiting Chefs of all levels & Kitchen Hands for our soon to open restaurantPositions we are looking for· Senior Chef de Partie· Demi Chef de Partie· Commis Chef· Assistant Pastry Chef· Kitchen HandKey duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:· Be a part of our opening team· Deliver excellent cooking· Work a section consistently, following a prep list· Follow recipes and execute the menu precisely· Monitor stock levels and contribute to ordering· Maintaining the highest level of kitchen hygieneAs a successful candidate you will have:· Able to maintain focus & concentration while busy and under pressure· Professional & courteous work ethic· Knowledge of classical & modern cookery techniques· Initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and efficient· A high standard of grooming and presentationIn return for your commitment, we will provide you with great remuneration, training opportunities and excellent working conditions with a supportive and fun team.
