Live In Housekeepers (Start Now)

We are seeking two friendly people to join our live-in cleaning team, 2 position available start immediately. A positive attitude and attention to detail are required. This is a “paid” (live-in cleaning position) of 16 hours (minimum) per week. You will need to do 4 hours a day, working over a 7 day roster with 2-3days off, cleaning will cover your weekly accommodation payment. Any addtional hours over 16 will be paid in to your nominated NZ account.16 hours (wages after IRD taxes) covers your weekly stay and any additional hours will be paid. You may be eligible for a tax refund from IRD when you leave NZ.We also need one of our hostel staff to be a phone holder overnight for 2 x nights a week, which in return will give you a few extra hours of pay (optional)Our industrial style hostel, spread out over 4 levels and has big open spaces. We are central to all shopping / dining / bus stops and amenities, with the Thursday Night and Sunday Morning Markets being right on our doorstep. We also have the luxury of being barely 2 mins stroll from the Lakefront, Kuirau Park and Sulphur Point. Polynesian Spas are also right on our street.Our workers stay in a private flat, with lounge and kitchenette and bathroom. We offer free laundry, free unlimited wifi, and free guest phone (NZ landline and mobile calls). Ping pong, pool table, guest computers, DVD’s are available in reception free for ALL guests to use, including workers. If you are interested in this position, a minimum stay of 4 x weeks is required.
