Pacific Coast Lodge is an award winning backpackers based in beautiful Mount Maunganui, only 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk into town. We specialize in helping our guests find work as well as enjoying what the beautiful Bay of Plenty has to offer,We have a variety of jobs available:-Autumn/winter including: Kiwifruit juice making, Packhouse work, Painting, Landscaping, Kiwifruit pruning & Pole stringing, construction, Fish Factory Work, Food Factory Work, Donut Factory,- Spring/Summer including: Hospitality Work, Kiwifruit Orchard Work (Bud thinning, Flower picking, summer pruning), Fruit pickingWe have over 15 years experience helping local employers with casual staff – they call us first looking for workers.We often don’t have enough backpackers to fill the positions available!We are a large 4 star Qualmark hostel with a great fun culture, off-site parking, Free WIFI and free surfboards!We have our own van for large groups to get to work.Its first come first served.
