Financial Systems Specialist

Glenbrook location Competitive Package Newly Created role Our client is a large and iconic, domestic and international manufacturer who are based in Glenbrook and would ideally suit someone who is based in South Auckland or surrounding areas.
The RoleAt present, they have created a new role and looking for an experienced Systems Accountant to join their Finance team as a Financial Systems Specialist. You will be tasked with the improvement and support of a number of systems that will significantly improve decision making and provide insight to the business as well as supporting the business strategy.
The Financial Systems Specialist will bring their expert financial systems and TM1 reporting experience, to drive a step change in the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes including:
Streamlining and automating recording, reporting and analysis systems and tools by leveraging technology
Finance process re-engineering, utilizing business knowledge and commercial acumen
Enhancing the quality of reported information with a focus on digital based systems and reports with enhanced drill down capability
Forecasting and budgeting development and support using TM1
Support TM1 data and business processes including model maintenance
Skills and ExperienceExperience in ERP systems at a high level of expertise.
Financial reporting experience essential
Forecasting and Modelling experience
TM1 experience
SAP or Dynamics 365 experience preferred but not essential
Power BI
Excellent communicator and have the ability to work with both financial and non financial stakeholders
