Our specialty is our in-house dry aged meats which we finish off in our Mibrassa grill roaring at 250 degree Celsius.

We are currently looking to fill some part time floor roles.
About the Role:
The Floor position is really your chance to shine! This fast paced role requires you to provide an absolutely stellar experience to the tables within your designated area, by charming all our customers so that they have a beyond memorable experience, that keeps them coming back for more. A good work ethic and energy are a must, and communication skills are key, as you’ll be working within a team that provides only the highest of standards.
Bessie is open from 5:30pm every night and you would work evening shifts throughout the week and weekend.
The successful team member will need to be over 18 years old, have a flexible schedule, and preferably not held down by any transportation restrictions. Experience is not essential, so don't be shy!
