Our Purpose

The Team
We're on the hunt for an administrative Team Leader to lead the Orthopaedic Administration team based on the Christchurch Hospital Campus.
The Role
This role will support and facilitate the development of Orthopaedic Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Leading and developing the Orthopaedic Administration team while ensuring administrative practices and processes are aligned and standardised with other services across the campus
Providing administrative services which support the broader Orthopaedics team

Your skills will include:
passion for leading others and be driven to provide excellent customer care
broad administrative experience including front of house management
exceptional communication skills that are second to none
the ability to remain unflappable whist prioritising effectively and managing multiple objectives and deadlines
a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
a solution-focussed approach to tasks, and a flexible and adaptable approach to your work
knowledge or experience in the Health Sector is advantageous
this is a full-time position.
