Property Asset Manager

This well respected Auckalnd based business have a property portfolio made up of a variety of buildings from office buildings, retail, warehouses, showrooms, quarries and storage yards to name a few!
You will join a team of property professionals whose job it is to maintain and pro-actively ensure the properties are fit for purpose on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for initially analysing the property condition assessments and then creating a programme of capital works and upgrades working with contractors to ensure work is completed. This is a full life-cycle property role encompassing lease renewals and negotiations, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and over all have a good understanding of the NZ property market.
This is an initial maternity contract to get the portfolio in shape for future use and may be extended beyond this however initially a contract role.
You will need to come from a broad background of property management experience. A property qualification would be useful but not essential.
