Maintenance Person

Pakuranga Park Village is part of the Real Living Group. Set on over 30 acres of Park like grounds in East Auckland we provide independent and serviced apartment living and rest home care.
We are looking for a fit and active person to join our Maintenance Team assisting in the refurbishment works on our Villas and Apartments. To be considered for this role, you need to have the 'right stuff' including common sense, reliability, and a robust physical condition. You will thrive in a team environment.
You will be working in a small dedicated team providing general maintenance and repairs in a retirement village. This is a role that requires someone who can do a bit of everything on a full-time basis. You will provide general refurbishment services and assist with the maintenance of our comprehensive range of village facilities.
