Chef De Partie

Universo is a 7 day, 9am til late operation.
We are seeking a chef de partie with the following attributes:

*Have an absolute passion for food and an interest in learning or developing your current experience
*Be able to focus, multitask and communicate whilst producing the high-quality food
*Proven experience & a love of working in a busy kitchen
*A heavy respect for all things Health & Safety
*Be flexible with rosters and available to work evenings and weekends
*Knowledge of running pass, ordering and stocktaking is a bonus.
*experience in baking and cooking breakfast
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of growing company, with committed and professional operators with years of experience in the industry.
We would ideally like the suitable candidate to come on board prior to October, hours and wages dependant on experience.
