The Role
We have four luxury restaurants and a functions team at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience, whether it be during a bustling breakfast service, or dining at Kobe, which has an innovative interpretation of Japanese cuisine. The Hole In One Cafe is fast paced casual dining and is renowned for our beautiful coffees. In addition, Millhouse where we pride ourselves in a seasonal menu of elegant dishes and an award-winning wine list.
