Your new role
You'll be entering a fast-paced and high-performing environment with exposure to an excellent and varied caseload/clientele. You'll be involved in supporting their wider commercial team, together with working alongside their private client legal services team and their Transaction Advisory and Tax professionals in multi-disciplinary teams.Working with great people, this varied role will see you provide technical legal advice to internal and external clients, handling corporate and commercial transactions including transaction documentation and project managing a variety of internal and domestic restructures, contract drafting on a range of commercial matters, working alongside the Private Client Team providing advice to high net worth individuals, trusts and charities and being aware of opportunities to develop new and ongoing business.What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll have 4-7 years’ PQE and will be experienced in dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters specifically around shareholder agreements, constitution drafting, corporate governance, fundraising and capital management. An excellent academic record together with experience working for a well-regarded boutique or top tier firm is desired. You'll be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, be commercially astute, possess excellent communications skills and attention to detail. The ability to build rapport across all levels is essential together with an innovative approach in resolving your clients commercial issues.What you'll get in return
