Sas Analyst

This is a key role for the future success of this team, you will be working to bring the existing platform up to the latest standards and versions and to help document and improve the existing processes, reports, and analytics that the current platform performs. You will need to be able to bring a wide range of experience and preferably have a background in analysing, documenting and improving existing SAS / BI Systems.What you’ll need to succeed:Experience of using and supporting a variety of SAS products and solutions, eg SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS BI Suite (Web Report Studio, Information Delivery Portal, OLAP, etc.)
Recent practical software development experience in a large IT department, including design, program build, testing/debugging and implementation of multi-user business applications. Recent practical experience of management information system delivery using SAS
Knowledge and experience of IT software development methods and standards, with experience of all stages of the software development life cycle from change proposals to post-implementation system support
Some SAS Platform Administration experience, eg Management Console, Security Modelling, promotion/replication between environments, web services etc.
Practical experience of the effective presentation of management information or analytics
Knowledge of SAS programming language (at least version 8 and ideally 9.2)
