What would you be doing?
Reporting directly to the Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Lead will be accountable for the day to day management, reliability and performance of the End User Services.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of projects working with local and global team as well as our partners.
As an Infrastructure Lead you will also play a key role in the strategy and planning for end user services.
This role is required to be adaptive and supportive to the changes and requirements of a team and business undergoing significant IT change and growth

What do you need to bring to the role?
3+ years of experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer role
Strong understanding of Microsoft Server Operating System and Active Directory, Microsoft and Apple Desktop Operating Systems, SCCM and/or Workspace One, Mobility Management Platforms, Audio Visual Products and Video Conferencing Technologies
Experience delivering a technology lead role in successful projects
A willingness and ability to learn and take ownership of new technologies, applications, platforms and solutions
The ability to troubleshoot a technical problem and manage through to resolution.
Experience with vendor management, including escalation of issues
A solid understanding of ITIL processes
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation
In the PwC professional Framework this role is at the “Manager” grade and would be expected to show skills and competencies at that grade.
