The Role
We have a brand-new opportunity for a Data Analyst. The role's primary focus is to ensure high quality of data input and cleansing of historic data integrity issues. The position provides ongoing reporting and analysis of data for internal AUT International colleagues, specifically the Director of International Strategy, Planning and Operations to support regional planning and AUT International strategic planning.
Key responsibilities for the Data Analyst will include:
Extracting, analysing and reporting on data to support business planning.
Coaching and supporting users to in line with data integrity and the management of HR systems schedules.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to influence and advise on strategic business decisions.
What kind of person are we looking for?
A tertiary qualification in Business and Information Technology is required or, in place of this, the equivalent level of relevant work experience. 2-3 years' experience working in data reporting functions with evidence of documenting processes and identifying business requirements is essential for success. You will need to possess advanced knowledge of business analysis, statistical and data analytics and strong reporting tools experience. You will be an enthusiastic and collaborative person with the ability to assess and interpret information and data, problem solve and recommend appropriate solutions to complex problems to support business operations.
