WE NEED YOUR PASSIONATE MARKETING & PR SKILLS FOR OUR WORK AT VIC UNI!
Mosaic-Tiaki Tangata (www.mosaic-wgtn.org.nz) is a Wellington-based charity that works with the survivors of trauma and sexual abuse. We have started a support group programme, on campus, for students at Victoria University (you can check it out here: https://www.mosaic-wgtn.org.nz/campus-peer-support-groups.html).
Our campus support groups are open to students of any sex/gender identification who are struggling with any kind of problem. These types of groups are known as Peer Support Groups, and they are all about the empowerment and healing found in community. Our experienced and trained group peer support facilitators are currently training 12 fantastic Vic Uni students to be the facilitators of these groups.ARE YOU A CONFIDENT MARKETING/PR PERSON? WE NEED YOU!We need you to promote our Vic Uni support groups to all students on campus! Are you the right person to join our team? You are if: You are passionate about marketing a service that empowers students to work through their personal difficulties within a confidential, fully supportive small community of fellow students at Vic Uni You are confident speaking and presenting in front of campus classes You have have excellent marketing and communication skills You are excited about creating campus events to promote us? You are excited about creating strategic relationships on your campus as representatives for us?
