We are seeking confident shoppers aged (18 years old) with good observational skills, fluent English, both written and spoken, and basic computer skills to shop at major retail stores throughout New Zealand (except Wellington CBD).
This work is offered for employment as a one-off contract for each, individual job. As shoppers, you will test customer service in various Supermarket stores with specific instructions for your tasks.You must be competent in speaking and writing English. You must have access to a computer to receive instructions and to furnish your reports, which must be detailed and accurate.

We allocate job locations as close as possible to your residence but there may be opportunities to travel further within your area. In these cases, you will require a legal drivers’ licence. Work is usually allocated with a three week period to complete, including reports. There are often opportunities for multiple shops per month. The times of the work are flexible mostly, but there are some time-specific jobs.
The actual work and reporting takes between 15 to 30 minutes. Pay rates start at $20 and may vary from job to job.There may be some circumstances where you will need to purchase alcohol, so you must be comfortable with this. You will be reimbursed for those purchases. Our staff are happy to talk you through this if required, and your acceptance of any work is entirely up to you.
You are supported with an experienced staff who will make sure you have all the information needed to complete each job.Please note: After signing up for a mystery shop, you will be notified when there is a position available for you. This will not be instant after sign up as you need to be assigned to a shop.
