The Role
Are you interested in the law, natural justice, and what’s fair and reasonable?
Is your IQ and EQ of a high level?

We need someone to mediate and investigate disputes.
We will train you as a mediator and how to write plain English (that’s how to explain complex issues simply).
We’re an independent organisation that deals with disputes about energy, water and broadband shared property access.
We work in an open plan office in downtown Wellington with bike racks, showers, cool desks and a kitchen.About you
Tertiary qualifications in related discipline e.g. Dispute Resolution /Law/Insurance/Communication
An interest in alternative dispute resolution, mediation and investigation
Ability to draft detailed, logical, well explained and comprehensive decisions
Ability to manage a caseload in an efficient, fair and timely manner with clear focus on achieving a fair and timely outcome
An interest in helping consumers and providers resolve the issues they share.
A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
