We have a new opportunity for a Brand Ambassador to join our Promotions/Sales team.
The purpose of the role is to educate customers on our client's premium home appliance products with a focus on coffee preparation.
You'll love this role if you have a passion for coffee with a strong knowledge of the coffee industry and enjoy dealing with people and building relationships, and achieving sales results.
This is a part time role, minimum 8 hours a week, 2 x shifts per week. Shifts include Saturday and/or Sunday and potential for 1 weekday if required.About Us
Working for us, you'll be dedicated to representing our client's iconic brand which has been around since 1947 providing premium customer service and sales experience. We'll set you up to succeed with full training and supportive management.What You'll Do: Represent the brand and sell high end coffee preparation appliances in various Auckland-wide retail stores, malls, venues and events. On occasion travel within New Zealand for key events. Hold product training sessions with retail staff to ensure sound product knowledge to help increase sales. This involves communicating key brand messages and product features. Develop great relationships with your assigned store, managers and staff. Deliver excellent customer service. Provide written weekly feedback on promotions, sales, customer experience and results. What You'll Need: Previous sales experience required. In retail advantageous. Passion or knowledge of the coffee industry or previous barista experience Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including public holidays, and travel as required. Plenty of confidence and rapport building skills to educate customers and build relationships. Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal. Proven work ethic for being reliable and punctual. Excellent presentation and professionalism. Drivers licence and car essential. The successful applicant will be legally entitled to work in New Zealand as well as be employed as a 'self-employed/independent contractor' therefore those on student visas are ineligible to apply!
