ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team in the Emergency Department at WRH. We are a level 6 ED committed to providing acute and emergent care to patients, families/whanau within a multidisciplinary team. The service supports open, honest, communication and dynamic professional development of all teams.
As our Nurse Educator you will provide quality improvement in ensuring patient safety and clinical care, you will provide leadership in the clinical environment to bring about practice improvements and ensure high levels of safe and competent practice. You will work closely with the ED senior nursing team to identify areas for practice development and support quality improvement initiatives.
