Powder Coater - Nelson

Experience Powder Coater required for an immediate start. Temp to perm role. Rate dependent on experience Your new company Your new company is a family run business based in Nelson. They have grown considerably over the years and work with some large organisations throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team working a day shift due to an increase in workload. Your new role You will be required to undertake numerous duties in the Powder Coating department working on various different products the company makes. You will also be required to assist with ad-hoc duties throughout the business to ensure production targets are being met. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will be a reliable individual with experience of working within a Powder Coating setting previously. This is the main essential for the role, with other skill sets coming at a distinct advantage. What you'll get in return In return you will receive your wage directly into your account every Friday by Hays Recruitment. The role will be a 12 week temporary to permanent role for the right person. Should you pass your probation after the 12 weeks you will then join the company on their books. Whilst you are a temporary worker you will receive weekly aftercare from your Hays Consultant (Brad).
