Content Writer

We are a property management business and a small digital marketing agency; that's right - two businesses under one roof.
We am looking for a writer with the following attributes/skills/experience:Ideal writer: Creative copywriting in the field of marketing in general, with a deeper understanding of the property industry, digital marketing, B2B, B2C. Your style should be simple, deep-thoughtful, conscious (a desire to genuinely help our audience). You'll be able to get our audience to move/act and/or connect. Persuasive style.
Your writing will be professional, grammatically correct and you must have some wit and out of box thinking in you. You will be writing our social media posts, print content and landing page content, blogs, etc. Depending on your skills level, you may manage a pool of overseas writers.PS: Along with great English writing skills, if you can also write Mandarin, that will be great.
I am going to be upfront here - things can get CRAZY! Each week, you could be writing copy for multiple clients and our businesses... from health and wellness services to accounting; from investing to E-commerce.Tasks: Website content (for the digital agency) Email sequences (for property management and the digital agency) Chat sequence (for property management and the digital agency) One blog a week - 52 weeks. (for digital agency, property management and for a few of our clients) Social media posts - (for digital agency, property management and for a few of our clients)
