Short term contract resource to drive production management for this key national public service.A key national service provide who is going through an organisational wide transformation requires a Production Manager on a contract basis. Key aspects of the role are:Sharepoint management and trafficking of internal/external requests for brand/creative/design servicesEmbed the system and train the communications team in how to use these services.Manage requests for use of the organisations logo/visual identityEstablish and implement a creative asset filing system for design files, photos, video etcManage print production as required via LandauSupport the print production tender process.We need someone who has:High levels of resilience, and is used to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with lots of interruptionsThe ability to make decisions and prioritsie quickly and communicate those decisions calmly and firmly to a wide range of internal stakeholdersStrong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to influence othersStrong brand and visual identity stewardship skillsProven systems development and problem solving skillsThe ability to drive continuous improvement
