An opportunity has arisen to join the front-line team at Larnach Castle as a Customer Service/ Gift Shop Assistant.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, superb attention to detail, be self-motivated, energetic and enjoy interacting with
visitors from around the world.
Must be willing to carry out a variety of duties, including but not limited, to front of house customer service and administration - maintaining reception and gift shop presentation, selling and upselling within the gift shop, receiving and directing incoming phone calls, attending to guest requests, and welcoming visitors to the Castle.
To be successful the ideal candidate will have;

Ability to work autonomously
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Previous retail experience and/ or customer service experience preferred
This is a fixed term position for the duration of the summer season (from mid to late September 2019 through to the end of April 2020). It would suit someone wanting either full-time hours or job sharing in a part-time capacity. Please advise your preference when sending through your application.
