We have a permanent part-time position available for a Health Care Assistant in the inpatient Medical Unit at Tauranga Hospital.
The role of the Health Care Assistant is to assist the Registered Nurse deliver a high level of nursing care to patients.
Health Care Assistants work under the direction of a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic nursing team who are committed to delivering comprehensive quality care. We offer and support education opportunities.
Applicants should hold a NZQA Health Care Assistant programme Level 4 Certificate in Health Care Assistance or equivalent.
