You’ll be liaising with staff to make sure they have the right resources to carry out their roles, liaising with vendors to ensure the company’s IT hardware, systems and infrastructure are well supported, providing support to key applications, and communicating with key stakeholders within the business to further enhance the IT maturity within the company.What do I need?To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate a solid mix of the following:A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Systems, or similar
1-3 years experience in a similar role where you support business applications, hardware and infrastructure
Working knowledge of Sharepoint, Office 365 and/or Warehouse Management Systems
Excellent customer, relationship building and communication skills
Attention to detail, a focus on quality and strong organisation skills
An analytical mindset, to seek and promote IT improvement within the business
