Shift Supervisor

Be part of the first store to EVER be set up at an airport for this well known ice cream brand! You will need excellent time management and organisational skills, proven staff management and be available to work a minimum of 35hrs+ including weekends.

Due to expansion, they have decided to build their first airport based store - in fact, we're told it is the first of it's kind in the world!

About the role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 staff. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Ideal skills and experience sought after:

Experience in a similar role - advantage
Understanding of health & safety practices
Strong time management / organisational skills
Clear & concise communication
Ability to follow instruction and adhere to company policy
Proven staff management skills
Team player
Cash / Food handling
Warm & friendly personality
Good sense of humour
