Fratelli Part Time Waitstaff

We require experienced front of house staff members to work in our busy fast paced Italian restaurant & Pasta bar

We have part time hours of between 15-20 hours per week available between our daytime pasta bar in Willis St and our full restaurant in Blair St.

Hours are negotiable and can be a mix of day and/or night shifts depending on what suits you.

We'd like someone with experience in an A La Carte dining restaurant, and an appreciation of good food and wine.

This is an ongoing role.

Our ideal candidate will also have in addition to these qualities the following:
-Be able to work well under pressure
-have some a la carte dining experience
-Be able to look after a section of tables during an a la carte service
-Have experience working in an a la carte restaurant and a cafe
-Be friendly and outgoing with common sense
-Have a love for Italian food and wine
-be able to work fast and efficiently when busy

IF you can make coffee and have barista experience then this will be a bonus but not essential!

Job can start immediately and hours per week can be negotiable as we have a variety of hours available between our 2 locations.
