On-Farm Service Technician

Are you a qualified motorcycle mechanic who’s looking for a bit of a change? Or maybe you have 3+ years’ experience working out of a workshop and you’re looking for a role that you can make more of your own. You might even be trained or qualified in another automotive industry and looking for something where you could use your skills in a different environment whilst somewhat being your own boss throughout the day? Peter Glidden Honda has an opportunity to employ an on-farm service technician to carry out service and repair work for our customers on their farms and if not being tied to a workshop all day sounds good to you then we want to hear from you!

Within this role, you will receive support and backup with help getting you started. You will liase with our service manager and workshop fairly regularly though not always daily once you’re up and running. We have a large and very well-established client base and due to one of our team members moving overseas, we are looking to fill a very important position in our company. If you meet any of the above criteria, have exceptional people skills, are organised and well-presented then we would love to hear from you. A full and clean drivers license is obviously required also.

This role includes an on-farm service vehicle with fuel card, mobile phone and laptop.

Remuneration will be discussed on a case by case basis.
