About you
1+ years Operational supervisor experience.
Must have Forklift License and at least 2+ years loading experience.
Must also have a Classes 1 Drivers Licence.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook).
Health and safety management experience
Ability to balance and meet client and business expectations
Strong customer service and team player skills
Results oriented and resilient
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
About the role
Supervising a small team to ensure all KPIs and deadlines are met and maintained.
Assisting other team members to help improve their operational efficiency.
Managing all associated reports and time sheets, POD’s etc.
Moving or transfer of vehicles and trailers to loading areas.
Health and Safety focused.
Completing Excel Spread sheets.
Continue to building a positive working environment.
Outstanding team leadership skills.
This is a full time, hands on leadership position working from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and rostered weekends.
