The Role New Grad - Experienced Clinicians Asa therapist at Connect2Care, you will be joining amultidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-basedservices to people through multiple service deliverymodels, including telehealth, community visits, ¢re-based services. Referrals may come through theNDIS, Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role, with theoption to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.The role will involve the following: Assessing and providinginterventions for children & adults livingwith a range of disabilities Working within the NDISto maximise clients' level of function, capacity& social engagement Assisting clients withassistive technology assessment, recommendations andapplications (in relevant fields) Timely documentation& report writing Managing a variedcaseload Meeting companyprofessional expectations (e.g. meeting billables &effective client management) Building relationshipswith key stakeholders, including therapists,clients, & referral sources Working across leadingsoftware platforms & online tools This role presents a uniqueopportunity to make a significant difference in the livesof others, resulting in one feeling mightily rewarded for theirwork.
