About the Role:
We are currently seeking a creative Tableau Designer to join our growing Data & Analytics practice. We have a great pipeline of projects within Government, Financial and Retail space.

Essentials:
Gathering Requirements and running dashboard design workshops
Tableau Visual design and user experience
Tableau development and Tuning
Data Modelling and analytics
Database knowledge (SQL server, Oracle, Unstructured Data Files (json etc.))
Transact SQL, Excel 'If' Statements and Set Analysis
Understands and can implement best practice solutions
Highly competent communication & presentation skills
Ability to facilitate business requirements gathering to drive technical delivery and solution architecture
Stakeholder Management Skills

Highly Regarded:
Experience in Agile environment
Experience in VIC Government
Tableau Certifications
Business Analysis and Pre Sales Experience
Team leadership
Previous Consulting Experience
