Nursery Team Leader

Our Team Leader has recently completed a qualification in specialist teaching and is now going to be taking on a new role within the ECE sector. Because of this we are on the hunt for a new Team Leader!
The successful applicant can ideally demonstrate the following:

# Is effective in managing high quality learning environments that result in positive teaching and learning outcomes for all learners

Our centre is well resourced with a strong emphasis on the provision of a natural and purposeful learning environment with strong links to the Reggio and RIE Philosophies. Whilst it would be an advantage if you have had experience working within a RIE based philosophy it is not imperative as long as you have a growth mindset and are open to learning. We provide primary caregiving in our Nursery and have key teachers in our Preschool.

This position does require you to be a fully certified ECE teacher and ideally you will have previous leadership experience.
