Nursery Manager

Eligible candidate should have: *Tertiary qualification
Relevant industry experience preferred.
must have good communication skills.
should be able to work in the weekends ( if required ).
Good interpersonal communication, as a team.

The role will include but not limited to
*Assisting with the maintenance of the company accounts.
*assisting with hiring of casual /permanent staff for the company and assessing their credentials for placement by the company explaining the employment conditions.
*manage culture environment for each crop, train and supervise growers,pesticide.
*Assist with crop assessment and quality control.
*Act as a role model, working alongside team members, and demonstrate a positive work ethics.
*Enforce safety regulations at the work area.
*Salary Negotiable.
